Prepare for the knead to know info on our scrumptious lineup, where each morsel will butter you up with its irresistible charm.

Sink your teeth into our Croissant Royale, a buttery treasure that reigns over the land of flaky goodness, or let your taste buds salsa with joy as you savor our Tiramisu Tango, a creamy dessert that dances its way into your heart.

Feeling a little loaf-ish? Fear not, for our Bread Symphony will orchestrate a melody of crusty notes that will make you rise to the occasion! From the Rye Maestro to the Baguette Ballerina, you'll find yourself applauding for every loaf that graces your table.

Breakfast Pastries

We have both sweet and savory varieties represented. Some flavors rotate seasonally, but we have our cheddar chive as a daily staple!

Tarts

Offered during peak season, we use whatever fruit is in season for the ultimate flavor experience
Dark chocolate crust fulled with a fudge center made from three different kinds of chocolate, drizzled in milk chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt. Decadent; a chocolate lover's dream!
Ginger molasses crust filled with brown butter, ginger, and vanilla bean and poached pears. Only offered during peak pear season (approximately November - March, depending on the local crop)
Vanilla tart dough filled with blood orange curd and topped with toasted bitter orange meringue.

A beautiful six-strand braided classic Jewish bread. Dough enriched with eggs, butter, and milk, glazed with egg wash and baked to perfection.

Only available and offered for Thanksgiving, varieties include pumpkin, sweet potato, pecan, and chocolate cream.
Offered every March for St. Patrick’s Day. Make sure to place your order in advance or stop by and try your luck!
Offered every year for Mardi Gras, the King's Cake is a bread, a dessert, and a game; friends and family gather around a large purple, green, and gold cinnamon roll shaped like a giant donut to see who will win the surprise inside. If you get the surprise, you're king for a day!
Offered every year for Christmas, otherwise known as a Yule Log. Sponge cake rolled with buttercream, coated with chocolate ganache, and decorated with cranberries, meringue "mushrooms", and powdered sugar to look like a snowy log to inspire holiday cheer
Offered every year for New Year's and Valentine’s Day, and Mother's Day, although it can be special ordered at any time

Cakes

Special occasion cakes can be ordered within 48 hours notice for a 6", 8", 9", or 10". Larger cakes need one week's notice, at least.
Any of our case cakes can be ordered in advance, or we can create another variation of flavors upon request. Please reach out via email shannon@pizzellebakes.com so we can create something for you!

Commonly mistaken as a German cake, this classic was actually created in the United States by Samuel German in the 1850's. Chocolate cake with toasted coconut flakes, pecans, and caramel buttercream, garnished with poured Sweet Lydia's caramel, toasted coconut, and pecans. Available daily from the case per slice or as a whole 6".
Another Italian staple! Deliciously moist cake made with olive oil and ricotta, garnished with seasonal offerings and glazed with apricot and thyme. Available by the slice daily from the case, or whole as an 8".
Here is where we get to be creative! We rotate flavors of both our cheesecake filling and the crust based on seasonality and creative ideas. Some of our favorites include: NY Style cheesecake with snickerdoodle crust, white chocolate and lavender cheesecake, pumpkin cheesecake in the fall, or eggnog cheesecake for the holidays.
